The 2016 Edelman Earned Brand study is a global survey of 13,000 consumers in 13 countries that examines the consumer-brand relationship.
Survey respondents evaluated seven dimensions of their relationship with a favorite brand.
We worked closely with the Edelman New York team to define report designs, an executive summary booklet, marketing material and a fun animated video.
